World Chess Hall of Fame, 3rd floor

Meet The Imagery of Chess: Saint Louis Artists contributors Deborah Douglas, Jessica Baran, and Nathaniel Farrell. Their works explore a broad range of topics and stylistic
approaches ranging from gender and empowerment, to daily observation and investigations into the relationship between visual art and language. Join us for an opportunity to create small wearable works of art in the form of buttons, inspired by chess, poetry, and collage. We’ll provide text and images curated by the artists, but feel free to bring additional 2-D materials you might want to use!

Free Admission for World Chess Hall of Fame members.
Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments are provided.
